  2. One Joint, bent/flexed- from the origin
  3. Slightly straight- minimal fascia
  4. Two Joint, straight/extended- from the insertion
  5. Active PNF Rotations
  6. Active PNF- CRAC
  7. Active PNF- CRAC with flexed foot or hand
  8. Active PNF- Full Fascia, with opposite hand or foot reaching and flexed
  9. Active PNF Spiral/Diagonal
  10. Two or more Therapists, stretching in opposite directions- Maximal Fascia
